The idea behind the Institute is to continue the long standing RRVB tradition of providing off season instruction to boys and girls so they develop their skills through muscle memory but also working on building their self confidence level.

BUILDING SELF CONFIDENCE

Starting kids at a young age helps lay the foundation so bad habits are not picked up. The longer a bad habit goes without being corrected, the longer and harder it is to make the correction.

Our student to instructor ratio is second to none. The reason is to promote learning, smaller groups means more attention can be given to each individual student.

If you are a player or a parent of a player who is looking for the best instruction, you will not find a team of RRVB and Elmwood Giants coaches that are more committed to helping you or your child reach their potential.

Hitting Mechanics, Pitching Mechanics, Fielding, Base Running, Games and competitions.

Program Director: Mo Totsuka - HHBB

Mo joined RRVB this year. He has been professionally trained over the last 15 years from the following:

High Heat Baseball Rookies, NJ
Baseball Asahi Baseball Association, Vancouver BC
Perfect Pitch and Swing, Fujisawa, Kanagawa Japan

Mo has helped send numerous young players, including one from the RRVB system, to continue their dream of playing baseball at a higher level in colleges in both Canada and US. His ability to breakdown pitching mechanics, analyze with the player and set a drill based path for improvement is second to none. His keen eye and movement patterns have helped some of the best defenses in 18U over the past 5 years.
